How do I utilize the services of Friends Forever?

Whether your pet passes at home or at a schedules appointment with your veterinarian, we are here to help you. We are available 7 days a week (Major holidays excluded). Simply call us during business hours at (760) 510-1010 and we will make arrangements to pick up your cherished family member.

Can I have my pet euthanized at home?

Yes. We are able to recommend several quality veterinarians in the event you have not already selected one.

How is my pet transported back to the cremation facility?

Your pet will be gently placed into one of our vehicles and then driven back to our cremation facility in San Marcos.

How long will it take to get my pet's cremains back?

We do our best to have your pet's cremains available for return to you within five to ten business days. Special orders will be slightly longer. There can be occasions where the process can take slightly longer due to unforseen issues, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

How do I know I am getting my pet's cremains back?

We utilize a seven step identification process to guarantee that your pet's cremains are returned to you in a timely manner.

Can I choose a different urn other than the ones which are provided with the cremation packages?

Yes. We have a large selection of urns to choose from on our website and would be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect urn for your pet.

How will I know when my pet is ready to be picked up?

One of our friendly staff members will contact you when your pet is ready to be returned. We will then schedule an appointment with you or arrange to have your pet delivered in person back to your home or office. (*return delivery fees may apply)

Can I choose to have my pet cremated privately no matter which cremation plan I choose?

Yes. A private cremation simply means that your pet is the only pet in the crematory during the cremation process. (*Additional fees apply for private cremations)

Our goal is to raise the standard in the pet cremation industry and to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Can I utilize the Friends Forever service no matter who my veterinarian is?

Yes. As a customer, you have the right to pick whichever pet aftercare service company you desire. Simply tell your veterinarian you wish to have Friends Forever pick up your pet or you may even call us directly and allow us to make the necessary arrangements.

Can I make arrangements with Friends Forever to handle the aftercare of my pet before my pet actually passes on?

Yes. Simply call us or stop by so that we can make the necessary arrangements. When the time comes to take care of your pet, we already have the information needed. (We can make pre-plan orders up to two months in advance.)
